"We took the Cowichan Valley Childbirth prenatal classes that were held two Saturdays in a row. Even though this was our first child, we thought that a prenatal course would just confirm stuff that we already knew... were we wrong! Cindy was a fountain of information! We learned so much in those two days - about child birth, about parenting, about our relationship. The learning process was fun and went by quick, and Cindy's handouts were very useful when planning and preparing for the big day.
